An artist from Rivne, Kostiantyn Kachanovskyi, created a mural in Kherson saying “Russia is NEVER here!”. This is reported by Rivne OVA. The mural depicts a girl erasing the coat of arms of Russia – a golden double-headed eagle – and the inscription: “Russia is NEVER here.” Probably, the drawing was depicted on the wall of one of the residential high-rise buildings in Kherson. Kostyantyn Kachanovskyi is a well-known painter from Rivne. In his native city, he created many drawings, the most famous of which is “The beauty will not tolerate”. It depicts a girl with a machine gun, symbolizing Ukraine. It was created as a response to the words of Russian President Vladimir Putin: “Nravitsa, nee nravitsa – bear with me, my beauty.” The work became iconic, and Konstantin was invited to join the “Cultural Landing”. This is an association of cultural figures aimed at strengthening the morale and morale and psychological state of the Ukrainian military and people in the de-occupied territories.
