The former co-host of the YouTube project “Podcast Therapy” Spartak Cubbota published his birth certificate in response to the investigation against him. He posted a photo of the birth certificate and his reaction to the accusations on his Telegram channel. “Vin Diesel, Mohammed Ali, Elton John, Lady Gaga, the list is endless, including our famous compatriots. These are familiar names, but they are also not real. Do we consider them pagans for this? Or do we bully them?” – wrote the famous “psychologist”. He emphasizes that every Ukrainian, due to life circumstances, has the right to change his surname and first name (Article 295 of the Civil Code) or take a pseudonym if he deems it necessary. And I would do the same, without hesitation, if I felt discomfort with on this occasion. But to the shame of my attackers, I have the right to such a name that I want. It suits me completely and I will not change it,” says Subbota. If not, according to the procedure established by law,” adds the pseudo-psychologist. In the previously published investigation about Saturday, it was also said that the pseudo-psychologist pretended to be a candidate of sciences for five years, lied about the regalia of a psychiatrist and a psychologist.
