The Prime Minister of Ukraine, Denys Shmyhal, announced an interactive map of shelters on the Diya state portal – it will be similar to a map of “points of invincibility”.

It will also be possible to file a complaint about the state of the shelter through the application, according to the government’s website.

“All information about the availability of shelters will be available through Diya in the form of an interactive map. Every Ukrainian will be able to assess the state of the shelter, file a complaint, or submit an offer. A similar system is already in place for points of inviolability.”the Prime Minister said on December 19.

He added that the government is currently working on a resolution on the arrangement of civil defense protective structures.

“A resolution was adopted that clarifies the requirements for the arrangement of protective structures of civil protection. These are standards of pedestrian accessibility, clear accounting of shelters by the state, communities and enterprises, accumulation of data in the Information System, for which the State Emergency Service is responsible and which is integrated with other state registers”– explained Denys Shmyhal.

We will remind, recently two schoolchildren and a dog were not allowed in the shelter during an air raid in the capital. The guard explained this by the fact that other children may be allergic to dog fur. While the children were looking for another shelter, an enemy target was shot down in the sky above them.
