The Novozavodsk District Court of Chernihiv decided to take her daughter away from the oldest mother of Ukraine, Valentina Pidverbnaya, whom the child herself accused of domestic violence.
12-year-old Anna-Maria asked for help on social media, so the police took her away from her 78-year-old mother, and social services filed a lawsuit.
The decision was made on October 20 during a closed meeting, Tetyana Andrushko, the press secretary of the Novozavodsk District Court, said in a comment to Suspilno.
“Indeed, today the case regarding the removal of a child from Valentina Podverbnaya was considered. The introductory and final part of the decision was announced, according to which it was decided to remove the minor child from the mother, without deprivation of parental rights. Until the minor child reaches 14 years of age, that is, until February 23, 2025 “, – said Andrushko.
Podverbna can appeal the decision within 30 days. At the same time, her lawyer Andriy Kotenok said that they have not yet decided whether they will file an appeal.

We will remind, Valentina Pidverbna became the oldest mother of Ukraine in 2011. The woman collected money for artificial insemination for 7 years and at the age of 66 gave birth to her daughter Anna-Maria, entering the Book of Records of Ukraine.
The woman assured that she provides the child with everything necessary. However, in April, Anna-Maria accused her 78-year-old mother of scratching, insulting and beating her, as well as not allowing her to wash and refusing to treat her eyes. On the Instagram page, the girl asked to take her away from her mother.
After seeing the post, law enforcement officers and social services went to the scene. The police of the Chernihiv region confirmed that the child lives in improper sanitary and hygienic conditions and is subjected to domestic violence.

An administrative protocol was drawn up against the woman for neglect of duty and domestic violence, and later the case was transferred to court.
Previously, Valentina Pidverbna had already been drawn up with two administrative protocols for failure to fulfill parental duties and psychological violence, but then the court closed the case.
