In Dnipro, three children knocked down a cross on the grave of a soldier: the parents were brought to justice
In Dnipro, three children toppled the tombstone cross on the grave of a Ukrainian defender. Parents were brought to administrative responsibility.
Two 13-year-old boys and a 10-year-old girl damaged the grave of a soldier in one of the local cemeteries of the Novokodatsky district, the police of the Dnipropetrovsk region reported.
The police do not say what prompted the teenagers to take such a step. They say that they talked to the children in order to prevent similar cases.
Parents were also interviewed about raising children, controlling their actions and whereabouts.

Regarding the parents, the police drew up administrative protocols under Art. 184 – non-fulfilment by parents or persons replacing them of their duties regarding raising children, of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses. The sanction of the article provides for a fine of up to 1,700 hryvnias.
The protocols will be sent to the court.
