In Kyiv, trainings on first aid will be held at metro stations

On September 15, doctors will hold free trainings for everyone in the capital metro, during which they will explain the basics of pre-medical care. The training will take place at 12 metro stations, the Kyiv City Administration reports with reference to “Kyiv Metropoliten”. Between 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m., specialists and instructors of the Center for Emergency Medical Aid and Disaster Medicine will tell and show citizens, in particular, how to: carry out an initial assessment of the victim’s condition; help with massive bleeding; help in case of violation of the patency of the respiratory tract; help with stopping blood circulation; help with thermal burns. At the stations of the blue line: “Olympiyska” (lobby, in front of the turnstiles); Palace “Ukraine” (lobby, in front of the turnstiles); “Square of Ukrainian Heroes” (lobby, in front of the turnstiles); “Heroes of the Dnipro” (lobby, in front of the turnstiles). At the stations of the green line: “Dorogozhichi” (intermediate lobby); “Zvirynetska” ” (transition); “Pecherska” (intermediate vestibule); “Poznyaki” (balcony above the platform).
