Before the suspect could be neutralized, the shooting spread through several floors, police said.
As a result, three people died, one was injured, her condition is stable.
Around 12:40 p.m., police said the suspect was dead.
According to CNN, the attacker was a 67-year-old former professor who previously taught in Georgia and North Carolina.
