In occupied Mariupol, insulin was issued only with a Russian passport – the city council

In the temporarily occupied Mariupol, the occupiers began to issue insulin to diabetes patients only if they had a passport of a Russian citizen. This was announced in the Mariupol City Council. The city council published a video where a local resident, who came to Mariupol Hospital No. 1, talks about an “innovation” for insulin-dependent patients: to get the drug, you need to have a Russian passport.
