In the Odesa region, on the night of January 9, three children were poisoned by carbon monoxide due to an improperly installed generator.

This was reported in the State Emergency Service.

In a comment to “UP. Life”, spokeswoman for the Odesa Oblast Police Lyubov Gordiyevska reported that the generator was installed in the utility room. From there, gas entered the house through an open window.

“There were two women in the house with the girls. One of them works in a local hospital, so when the children got sick, she reacted in a timely manner.

Poisoning was also diagnosed in one of the women. The victims refused to be hospitalized.” – reported Lyubov Gordiyevska.
