In the Transcarpathian village of Dilove, 14-year-old teenagers beat a peer, filming all their actions on a mobile phone. Later, the video was published on the Internet.
This is reported in the Rakhiv district police department.
Law enforcement officers came across a video recording of an underage boy hitting another boy while monitoring the Internet.
The video showed that several other teenagers were watching the fight, who were standing nearby and were also filming everything on their mobile phones.

According to the police, the incident happened in the village of Dilove, Rakhiv district.
“The victim is a 14-year-old local resident. He was hit by a fellow villager, also a 14-year-old boy,” – say the law enforcement officers.
Kryvdnyk and his parents were taken to the police station.
The police opened a criminal case on the fact of intentional infliction of minor injuries (under part 1 of Article 125 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
The degree of severity of the injured boy’s injuries should be established by a forensic medical examination.
It is noted that juvenile policemen will work with all participants of the event.
In the comment “UP Life“ the spokeswoman for the Zakarpattia police, Hanna Dan, said that the results of the forensic examination are currently awaited.
“All these boys live in the same village, attend the same school, and some of those who were present during the fight study in the same class. The conflict arose against the background of hostile relations.” – added the spokeswoman.
