For the first time in Ukraine, doctors performed a heart transplant on a 6-year-old child. This was reported at the Heart Institute of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine. “A 6-year-old girl received a new heart. The operation went smoothly. The girl is doing well,” the institution said.
