A new application “TurBOT about IDPs” has appeared in Ukraine, which aims to help internally displaced persons integrate into host communities. Currently, the application has been developed for four cities: Kyiv, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk and Chernivtsi, the Ministry of Reintegration reports.
