In 2021, a 49-year-old man from Kyiv changed into women’s clothes and entered the women’s restroom of one of the schools in the capital’s Desnyan district. Apart from him and the child, no one was in the room, the man committed lewd acts against the 8-year-old girl. After that, he fled and hid from the pre-trial investigation body and the court in Lviv Region, where he continued his illegal activities. According to the set of crimes, the suspect was sentenced to the final punishment and entered into the Unified Register of persons convicted of crimes against the sexual freedom and sexual integrity of a minor.
