This spring, thousands of tulips, which were planted in 2023 and previous years, bloomed on the streets of Uzhhorod. In total, about 42,000 flowers bloomed, the Uzhhorod City Council reports. Tulips of various colors and varieties can be seen in the city, including: Fabio, Antarctic, Sunlover, Purisima, Blue Diamond, Purple Jacket, Sunset, Purple Crystal, Barcelona. “The largest locations of tulips are on Svobody Avenue, Sandor Petefi Square, Narodnaya Square, Postova Square, traffic circles on Bohdan Khmelnytskyi Square, Georgiy Kirpa Square, the intersection of Maria Zankovetska and Tyvodar Legotskyi Streets, Vozz’udnej Street, the U-turning area and the traffic circle on Mykola Street Bobyaka,” the department adds.
