Produced and sold child porn: in the Kyiv region, a court sentenced a holiday photographer
A photographer from the Kyiv region, who worked at children’s parties, took pictures of naked girls in kindergartens, and then sold the filming materials, was sentenced to nine years in prison. This was reported by the Prosecutor General’s Office. The investigation confirmed that during the years 2013-2020, the photographer worked on holidays in kindergartens in one of the cities of Kyiv region, enjoyed the trust of educators, and was left alone with minor girls. A man forced children into sexual positions and filmed it for sale on the Internet. For the entire time, he produced about 10,000 photos and video files of pornography. He paid from 100 to 300 hryvnias for these services. 43 child victims were identified in the criminal proceedings. On the basis of a court verdict, information about a convicted person may be entered into the Unified Register of Persons Convicted of Crimes against the Sexual Freedom and Sexual Integrity of Minors. At the prosecutor’s request, the computer equipment and photo equipment seized from the criminal will be handed over to the state for the needs of the Armed Forces. We will remind, according to law enforcement agencies, the man produced and saved 9,631 photos and 201 videos of child pornography involving 1,026 children.
