Scientists predict a likely rise in average temperatures of 4°C by the end of the century

Scientists modeled climate change taking into account current rates of greenhouse gas emissions.
According to their calculations, by 2100, the temperature on Earth may increase by 4.3°C compared to the pre-industrial level, according to Phys.org.
Under the Paris Climate Agreement, signed in 2015, world leaders aimed to limit warming to 1.5°C compared to pre-industrial levels.
For this, according to preliminary calculations, greenhouse gases were supposed to reach a maximum in 2025, and then decrease by 43% by the end of the century.

However, in addition to greenhouse gases, aerosols also affect the Earth’s temperature – they intensify extreme weather events.
Scientists noted greenhouse gases in the raw data during modeling. With them, the temperature on Earth will rise by 2050, reaching a peak value of 0.2°C over Greenland. According to the calculations of scientists in tropical latitudes, taking into account only greenhouse gases, an increase in the level of precipitation was observed.
But when atmospheric aerosols were included in the simulations, temperatures rose significantly to 2°C in the northern hemisphere. At the same time, until 2100, this warming will probably continue and the temperature will rise. In the second model, precipitation increased throughout the northern hemisphere.
