[ad_1]

to worry about yourself means spending time with the most important person in the world. This is not a manifestation of selfishness, but a desire to give yourself a healthy, happy and full of positive emotions life.

Probably, there is no person who will say that he does not want to be healthy. Sports, proper nutrition, maintaining water balance, healthy sleep – all these are important components that affect our health. But do we all study this topic deeply?

First, which is worth paying attention to in the new year – this is a complete wait for the body. Doctors advise to be examined every year after 25, because with age, hormonal changes occur in our body, and there is a risk of having diseases that do not make themselves known, but are already developing in the body.

The check-up program includes the following laboratory tests: general blood and urine analysis, biochemical blood analysis with assessment of glucose, cholesterol, kidney and liver function indicators, and other tests.

On-secondly, it is worth focusing on the formation of healthy mental and physical habits. For this, it is not necessary to have funds for specialist consultation. In today’s online world, knowledge is available to everyone.

For example, do you know what a “healthy” plate is? How much water should you drink every day? What breathing exercises help to overcome stress, can you list simple tips for mental health?

Together with the “Apteka Dobrogo Dnya” network, we have prepared for you simple rules that will help you feel better:

  1. A “healthy” plate includes: 50% vegetables, fruits or berries; 25% proteins; 25% complex carbohydrates and fats. The more colorful vegetables and fruits in your daily diet, the better.
  2. Doctors recommend drinking 15.5 cups of water a day for men and 11.5 cups for women. Water is the main chemical component of our body, but it is not the only liquid. We absorb about 20% of liquid with food, and the rest – with drinks. For example, spinach and watermelon are 100% liquid.
  3. Overcome stress you and your child will be helped by simple breathing exercises: “palm” breathing (inhale when we run the finger up, down – exhale), loud breathing (inhale as if through a tube), double inhalation (inhale twice 4-5 times).
  4. It is important for mental health:

– communicate with other people (good relationships have a positive effect on the psychological state);
– be physically active (sports improves cerebral circulation);
– varied nutrition (vitamins and trace elements are necessary for the synthesis of neurotransmitters).

You can find even more interesting things on the YouTube channel “Apteka Dobrogo Dnya”. That year, the network launched the “Academy of Sustainable Health” educational project, which includes monthly webinars with specialists in various fields.

A pediatrician, a psychologist, a sexologist, a trichologist, and a gastroenterologist have already become speakers.

“Apteka Dobrogo Dnya” calls on Ukrainians to take preventive care of themselves. “Don’t get treated, don’t get sick” – this is the slogan broadcast by the all-Ukrainian network.
