According to Ruslan Gurak, the head of the Ukrainian Academy of Education, the most important issue at the moment is security – educational institutions must have shelters in order to resume offline learning. In order to ensure quality education in the conditions of war, it is also necessary to: improve the feedback system on the quality of educational policy; to develop internal and external systems for ensuring the quality of education; to form an effective network of educational institutions; update the teacher evaluation system.
