Spartak Subbota filed an application for patenting the trademark “Podcast Therapy”

The scandalous “psychotherapist” and co-host of the “Podcast Therapy” project Spartak Subbota has applied for the registration of a trademark of the same name and two logos. Patent applications from the blogger appeared on the resource of the State System of Legal Protection of Intellectual Property in April 2023. On May 1, 2023, the blogger Spartak Subbota, who was accused of fraud, publishing falsified data about education, having an intimate relationship with a client, etc., announced that he would continue to run the YouTube project “Podcast Therapy”. Before the scandal surrounding Spartak, the blogger led this project together with co-host Yevhen Yanovych. However, Yanovych soon announced that his friend and colleague lied to him and announced the closure of “Podcast Therapy”. Blogger Spartak Subbota applied for the registration of the “Podcast-therapy” trademark. Yanovych also said that he does not care what his former project partner does and noted that he has nothing to do with Spartak’s programs. Evgeny Yanovych promised not to sue Spartak Subbota for “Podcast Therapy” and presented his own project. We will remind, Spartak Subbota soon got into a new scandal when he recorded a video in which he showed his educational documents. Among them was an alleged certificate from the Ministry of Education and Science confirming his foreign diploma. However, the MES stated that they did not provide Spartak with any certificates and turned to the police regarding the blogger’s falsification of documents. “UP. Life” requested comments from Spartak Subbota and Yevhen Yanovych regarding the patenting of “Podcast Therapy”, as well as the police regarding the case of forgery of documents, and we are waiting for a response.
