Still lying: animal rights activists spoke about the condition of the tigress, which hit the grid due to the shelling of the Kyiv region

On November 11, a tigress named Tigriul was injured by shelling at the Nataliya Popova Wild Animal Rescue Center in Kyiv region.
After the explosions, the animal hit the grate, fell and still cannot get up.
The Center for the Rescue of Wild Animals told “UP. Life” how the tigress is feeling now, and what is the condition of the other animals.
“We and the doctors are doing our best. Now the tigress is receiving anti-inflammatory, pain-relieving therapy. She is not standing up yet. But the hind limbs have started to move a little, which gives hope that the spine is still intact.
Now this is not a fact, of course. Rest is needed now, and then the doctors will make decisions about further actions. Maybe an MRI, maybe a CT scan.” – the Center said.
Employees of the center constantly call veterinarians who monitor Tigriuli’s condition.
Fortunately, the other animals were not seriously injured. But the Center says that one lion also hit the grate during the explosions.
“Another lion was also injured. He must have hit the grate because his nose was bleeding for 40 minutes. But everything is fine… (Other animals – ed.) experienced severe stress, but were not physically harmed.” – answered the Center.
We will remind you that in October of last year, during the shelling of the Kyiv region, the lion Bretzel, who also lived in the Center for the Rescue of Wild Animals, was injured.
Subsequently, the animal was evacuated to South Africa together with 11 lions, which were taken out of regions where active hostilities were taking place.
