The additional registration period for participation in the national multi-subject test of 2023 has begun. The additional period will last from June 5-12, reports the Ukrainian Center for Evaluation of the Quality of Education. “We note that the additional registration period is provided only for those who registered in the main period, but were refused, and those who could not register on time for valid reasons,” the department says. Also, during this period, registration of people who, by court decision, are in penal institutions/retention centers is carried out. Registration will be carried out using a special service that is used during the main period. Photo: Syda_Productions/Depositphotos How to register for NMT in the additional period? Persons who registered during the main registration period, but who were refused registration to participate in the NMT, must finalize the information and/or copies of documents provided by them in the personal account created during the main registration period. Among the most common reasons for refusal of registration were failure to provide certain documents and/or providing a non-standard document, such as a certificate from a place of study. Therefore, this year’s graduates, who were refused registration precisely because of the incorrect registration of the certificate from the place of study, must make sure that it corresponds to the established model: it must state: “he (she) completes the full general secondary education in (month) 2023 in (name of the educational institution)”. Potential participants of the NMT, who are completing a full general secondary education in a foreign educational institution, must upload a notarized Ukrainian translation of the relevant certificate to their personal account. Also, a common reason for refusal of registration was the failure to provide a document confirming the presence or absence of a registration number of the taxpayer’s registration card (RNOKPP). You can confirm the entered information about the RNOCPP by uploading to the registration service a copy of one of the documents confirming the authenticity of the RNOCPP: taxpayer card; certificates on the assignment of an identification number of a natural person – a taxpayer; birth certificate or passport of a citizen of Ukraine, in which information about the RNOCPP is entered; valid passport of a citizen of Ukraine for traveling abroad, which was produced according to the Technical description and sample form of a passport of a citizen of Ukraine for traveling abroad, approved by Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 858 dated June 26, 2007. It must indicate the personal number (identification number of a natural person – taxpayer). At the same time, citizens of Ukraine who refused to receive an RNOCPP and have a corresponding mark in their passport in the process of working with the registration service must indicate that they do not have an RNOCPP. This should also be done by foreigners, stateless persons who have a permanent residence permit or a temporary residence permit in Ukraine, persons who have applied for protection in Ukraine, if they are not registered as taxpayers in the state tax inspectorates of Ukraine. People who, for good reasons, could not register for the NMT during the main registration period, must use a special service to create a personal account on the UTSOYAO website and perform the following actions: ✅ Enter personal data (surname, first name, patronymic (if available) ), date of birth, identity document data, registration number of the taxpayer’s registration card (if available), contact phone numbers and e-mail address, indicate the category: graduate of the current year or graduate of previous years) and information on participation in the NMT; ✅ Upload copies of the application for the opportunity to undergo NMT during additional sessions, a document confirming the reason why they could not register to undergo NMT during the main registration period (certificate or document issued by an institution that is responsible for recording certain facts ( if the fact can be documented)) and scanned copies and/or photocopies of registration documents: passport document or other identity document, on the basis of which registration for participation in NMT is carried out; a document confirming information about education: a certificate from the place of study, which confirms that the person completes a full general secondary education in 2023 (for this year’s graduates), or a certificate of a full general secondary education (for graduates of previous years); a document confirming the entered information about the RNOCPP: taxpayer card or passport of a citizen of Ukraine, in which data about the RNOCPP is entered. In the absence of a document confirming information about education for a good reason (theft, loss, etc.), to register for participation in the NMT, you can use the Extract from the Unified State Electronic Database for Education regarding documents about education and information about a person’s education. It can be created on the website of the Unified State Electronic Database on Education via the link. If necessary, add copies of: name change certificates, and/or marriage certificates, and/or divorce certificates (for persons whose documents contain discrepancies in personal data); medical opinion on the creation of special (special) conditions for passing external evaluation according to the form of primary accounting documentation No. 086-3/o “Medical opinion on the creation of special (special) conditions for passing external independent evaluation”, approved by the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the Ministry of of Health Protection of Ukraine dated August 29, 2016 No. 1027/900 (for persons with special educational needs); a notarized Ukrainian translation of the documents submitted for registration (for persons submitting documents drawn up in a foreign language); a document confirming the reason for not entering information about the RNOCPP; a document confirming the reason that makes it impossible to participate in the main sessions of the NMT. “Important! Each copy of the document that a potential NMT participant will upload to the personal account must be a scanned or photographed copy of its original in the form of a separate file in .png or .jpg format with a size of no more than 1 MB. The image must be clear and full-sized (without document page clippings); the text on the image must be legible and read freely,” says the UTSOYAO. If you do not provide certain copies of documents or provide copies that do not meet the requirements, you will be refused registration; ✅ You also need to confirm your desire to participate in NMT. ✅ And send the entered information and copies of documents for processing to the regional center. People who, by the court’s decision, are in penal institutions/trial detention facilities, should apply to the representatives of these institutions or directly to the relevant regional center for evaluating the quality of education for registration. “We note that the decision regarding the admission of a person to participate in the NMT during additional sessions will be made by a collegial body – the regulatory commission at the regional center for evaluating the quality of education,” says the UTSOYAO. In case of successful registration, the potential participant will be able to take the test during additional sessions. “Those who will be registering in the additional period, we advise, after sending the registration data for processing to the regional center for the evaluation of the quality of education, to check the status of the processing of the registration documents every day in the personal office, so that in the event of any deficiencies in them, they will have time to find out about it and correct them. After all, another you will no longer have a chance to register,” the department adds. We remind you that NMT-2023 will be held in two sessions. The main one will take place in June, and the additional one – in June-July. People who, for valid reasons, did not pass the test during the main session will be able to take part in the additional session. Read also: UTSOYAO approved the tasks that will be at NMT-2023
