The Armed Forces told where those with limited fitness for military service can serve

Conscripts, who are recognized as limited fit for service due to their health, can be mobilized. However, their service will not take place in combat units, but in support units. This was announced by the head of the personnel department of the headquarters of the Ground Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Colonel Roman Horbach, on the Military Media Center platform. People who have been recognized as limited fit for service by military hospital commissions can also serve in institutions and educational institutions of the Ministry of Defense, in territorial centers of recruitment and social support, in other non-combat units. Conscripts with limited fitness can even perform tasks on the front line. Earlier, we explained that according to the regulations on military medical examination in the Armed Forces, there are persons who are not fit for service in peacetime, but are limited fit in wartime. This means that a serviceman cannot get into, for example, landing forces, tank forces, marines, but can perform staff or rear work. Military servicemen recognized as limited fit for military service may serve in headquarters, support units, military commissariats, institutions, organizations, educational institutions, etc. At the same time, conscripts with limited fitness can even perform tasks on the front line, if their health allows. The military medical commission can arbitrarily indicate in the conclusion which types of service and work are contraindicated for such persons. We will remind you that we also considered whether summonses will be issued in “Diya” and what services will be available to conscripts.
