According to the court decision, on January 25, 2023 at 10:18 p.m. in Lviv, the girl “committed acts of a lewd nature, namely, being naked below the waist, came into contact (sexual intercourse) with a man.” The girl was accused of committing petty hooliganism. She admitted her guilt. Considering her age, the court limited herself to a verbal remark and closed the case against her.
