The Rivne city court decided to release from criminal liability the dentist Inna Kravchuk, who was suspected of abusing children during visits. The case was closed due to the expiration of the statute of limitations, according to the website of the Unified State Register of Judicial Investigations. The decision states that the investigators established 4 episodes of the doctor’s illegal activity in two clinics in 2020-2021. According to the police, she used force on patients, and once even caused minor injuries to a child. Photo: Syda_Productions/Depositphotos The victims did not file civil lawsuits. That’s why the dentist’s lawyer asked for the case to be closed. The representatives of the victims did not object, because more than 2 years have passed since the incident. We will remind that after the incident with the beating of a child in a dental chair became public, the court charged the doctor with suspicion, and then revoked her license. However, the woman continued to receive patients. Investigators opened 5 criminal proceedings. For this, the woman had to pay a fine or undergo correctional work.
