The drama “Pamfir” by Dmytro Suholytky-Sobchuk is currently in third place – the box office of this film in the first four days of release amounted to 2.4 million hryvnias. The film “Luxembourg, Luxembourg” is the second full-length work of Ukrainian director Antonio Lukich, well known to the audience for the comedy “My Thoughts Are Quiet”. It tells the story of two twin brothers who learn about the illness of their long-lost father and go to Europe to look for him. The main characters on the screen were embodied by Amil and Ramil Nasirov, members of the famous band “Kurgan and Agregat”. Nataliya Hnitii, Lyudmila Sachenko, Viktor Drapikovskyi, Doris Maidanyuk, Karina Cherchevych and others also starred in Lukich’s second feature film. Also, Amil and Ramil’s father Wazeef can be seen on screen. Filming of the film took place in 2021 in Lubny, Poltava region, Kyiv and Luxembourg. The film was edited after the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation into Ukraine.
