In the USA, the famous townhouse from the movie “Home Alone 2: Lost in New York”, in which Kevin made traps for “sticky bandits”, was put up for sale.

The townhouse in the film, owned by Kevin’s uncle Rob, is located on the Upper West Side in New York City at 51 West 95th Street.
The luxurious home was built in the late 1880s. It appeared in the second part of the popular Christmas movie in 1992 and was then completely renovated in the early 2000s.

The townhouse has 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a large kitchen and dining room with access to the garden.
The current owners purchased the already renovated home in 2009 for $4.7 million.
Their house is often photographed, and at Christmas the family still receives letters from children and fans of the films “Home Alone”.
