War veteran and head of the Women’s Veterans Movement Andriana Arekhta gave an interview to the American TV channel CNN, where she talked about the importance of US support for Ukraine.

During the liberation of Kherson almost a year ago, a woman was injured, as a result of which her body currently has many titanium plates.

Andriana Arekhta noted that the world’s attention to the war in Ukraine has decreased, in particular due to the start of the war in Israel.

According to the military, there is “one Russian face” in the wars in Ukraine and Israel.

“Today, the topic of the war in Ukraine does not occupy the front pages, but I want to explain to the American congressmen and the people of the United States that we have a fierce war in the very center of Europe. And supporting us will mean supporting all my sisters and comrades from the Ukrainian army.”– said Andriana Arekhta.

She added that US military aid to Ukraine is an integral part of the war against Russia.

“In Ukraine, we know how to fight, how to win our victory as soon as possible. And we think that America is an excellent partner who will participate in the Ukrainian victory together with us. So, we are asking for air defense equipment, long-range equipment, weapons and ammunition.

I hope the Americans will understand me. I’m fighting for my life.” – added the head of ZHVR.

At the end of the interview, Andriana Arekhta congratulated her son Makar on his birthday, who turns 8 on October 30.
