After de-occupation, it will be necessary to develop special educational programs for educational institutions in the Luhansk region for the transition to teaching in the Ukrainian language. This was stated by the director of the Department of Education and Science of the Luhansk Oblast Military Administration Yuriy Stetsyuk during the forum “Education of the Luhansk Oblast: Restoration and Reintegration”. “In the case of complete de-occupation, as we see it, it is necessary to develop typical transitional adaptation educational programs for the transition to learning in the Ukrainian language in educational institutions that have been temporarily occupied since 2014,” said Yurii Stetsyuk. He emphasized that this is a very difficult issue.
