On February 8, the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy approved the new composition of the Supervisory Board Ukrainian Cultural Fund.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyi appointed the director-artistic director of the Kyiv Academic Theater of Drama and Comedy on the left bank of the Dnipro as members of the Supervisory Board Olesya Zhurakivska and the general director of the Ukrainian Institute Volodymyr Sheik.

From MKIP to the Supervisory Board: v. at. general director-artistic director of the National Ensemble of Soloists “Kyivska Camerata” Bohdana Pivnenko and general director of FILM.UA Group Victoria Yarmoshchuk.

According to the results of online voting, the following were elected to the Supervisory Board of the UKF:

from cultural institutions: general director-artistic director of the Kherson Regional Academic Music and Drama Theater named after M. Kulisha Oleksandr Book and general director of the National Museum of the History of Ukraine in the Second World War Yury Savchuk;

from public associations: director of the limited liability company “PPV Network of Knowledge” Volodymyr Borobeiand the head of the public organization “Ukrainer” Bohdan Logvinenko.

“The stable and well-coordinated work of the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation depends on the Supervisory Board of the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation… I hope that the new team will be able to gain public trust“, commented acting Minister of Culture Rostislav Karandeev.
