The Ministry of Culture presented the National Ecosystem for Studying and Testing English Language Proficiency. The platform is available via the link, reports Minister of Culture and Information Policy Oleksandr Tkachenko. The “National Ecosystem” is free and available 24/7 to all Ukrainians, regardless of their location during and after the war. “It is natural that the second language of communication in the world is English. We are moving in the same direction and creating conditions for Ukrainians to be able to study,” Tkachenko wrote. The platform consists of three steps: determining the level of English language proficiency, a marketplace of English language learning services, mastering English using Ukraine’s largest online educational project “Lingva.Skills”.
