The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine searched for a man who was taken off the plane by the Hungarian airline at the Tel Aviv airport. This was announced by the spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Oleg Nikolenko. The department noted that the man, whose name is Oleksandr, has never served in the ranks of the Armed Forces and is not a veteran. He became disabled as a result of a road accident many years ago. According to Nikolenko, the Ukrainian consul in Israel helped Oleksandr board a flight to Europe, from where he will go to his relatives in Ukraine. The man, whose name is Oleksandr, never served in the ranks of the Armed Forces “Despite the official apology of the airline, we believe that the rights of the Ukrainian citizen were violated. We expect the completion of the official investigation, the prosecution of the guilty and the fulfillment of the obligations to the passenger by the air carrier. We will keep this issue on control,” says Oleg Nikolenko. It will be recalled that it was previously reported that the employees of the Hungarian airline Wizz Air disembarked from the plane an alleged Ukrainian veteran who lost a leg in the war. The company noted that during the flight the passenger stood in the corner of the plane for an hour and a half. Later, he fell and injured his hands. The flight crew said he behaved inappropriately and was therefore forced to leave the flight. The company apologized for the incident.
