Ukrainian polar explorers at the “Akademik Vernadskyi” station photographed the morning sky with pink hues.
In the morning and evening above, you can see the most unusual colors, the National Antarctic Science Center reports.
Scientists say that when the sun is “low” above the horizon, the sky is painted in unusual colors, which are also reflected on the surface of the ocean and snow.
At dawn, when the sky was blueberry-pink in color, it was photographed by Oleksandr Milashevskyi, a mechanic of the 28th UAE.
