A 39-year-old man was taken into custody in Kyiv, who is suspected of depraving and committing sexual violence against an underage daughter. The father committed lewd acts against the child for six years, Kyiv police report. According to law enforcement officers, starting in 2014 and for six years, a native of the Mykolaiv Oblast committed violent acts of a sexual nature against his daughter, who was five years old at the time. The man was informed of suspicion under three articles of the Criminal Code: Part 4 of Art. 153 – sexual violence; Part 2 of Art. 155 – committing acts of a sexual nature with a person who has not reached the age of sixteen, committed by close relatives or family members; Part 2 of Art. 156 – corruption of minors committed against a minor by family members or close relatives.
