Law enforcement officers found out the cause of death of a 3-month-old puppy after grooming at a vet clinic in Bila Tserkva. The death occurred as a result of the disease, informs the Bilotserkiv district police department. Earlier, the 21-year-old owner of the animal contacted the police and said that her puppy was killed in a vet clinic. The police found out that the incident happened during the grooming procedure, which lasted 30 minutes.
