“When two people ask for a blessing, even if their marital status is ‘irregular’, an ordained clergyman can give consent.

The Catholic Church will accept those who do not live according to the norms of Christian moral doctrine, but “humbly ask for a blessing.”
At the same time, the doctrine of the church regarding marriage does not change, and the blessing “does not mean approval of the union.”
And according to the “age-old Catholic doctrine”, the Vatican recognizes as legal only sexual relations that take place in marriage between a man and a woman.
