Dmytro Lazutkin passed a competition for the post of spokesman and was chosen among other applicants. He notes that the team has become the most important for him.
“A powerful team headed by Hilarion Pavlyuk works in the press and information department. Also here is Roman Vintoniv, his deputy, and a famous poet with a diplomatic education, Mykola Kulinych, who works with us. It is very comfortable to work with such professional people who understand the work of the press, are very careful with their words and treated me in a friendly manner. It was the understanding of the co-word that played an important role in my decision to become a spokesman for the Ministry of Defense“, the spokesman said.
