They turned out to be two local 13-year-old boys,” the police say. According to law enforcement officers, the cats died. The police searched for those involved in the incident and their parents and took them to the department. Investigators and juvenile police officers are currently working with them. On the fact of animal cruelty, criminal proceedings were opened under Part 3 of Art. 299 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. “The parents will definitely be brought to justice for improper upbringing.
