He said this in an interview with “Interfax-Ukraine”. At the same time, in an interview, Tkachenko said that after the end of the war, cooperation with “useful Russians” is possible. “These are not “good Russians”, because there are no good Russians, but “useful Russians” – they exist, they openly express their position. These are artists, writers, and in the future some kind of cooperation with them is an absolutely normal, logical process, therefore that they share the values that Ukrainian society shares. In particular, freedom, non-interference in the internal affairs of other countries, they criticize Putin. Therefore, the possibility of further cooperation is clear,” said the minister. When asked whether the state will somehow restrict the activities of Russian artists in Ukraine, including those cultural figures who took a neutral position, Tkachenko answered as follows: “At the discussion stage, a lot of questions arose. And how is it? By what parameters should a list of “silent persons” be drawn up? “? This one waited a lot, or not a lot? This is possible or not? That is, it is rather a post-Soviet system of thinking. There are legislative regulatory mechanisms – sanctions. If anything else – it is the work of civil society, ministries with promoter companies that take care bringing these artists, informational outreach work.
