Two brothers, 13-year-old Kyril and 4-year-old Serhiy, who were in the temporarily occupied territories, were returned to Ukraine. Their mother appealed to the Ombudsman’s Office with a request to help take the children to the controlled territory of Ukraine, reports the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada, Dmytro Lubinets.
