In Kyiv, a national record was registered in the nomination “The youngest Ukrainian who received the largest number of diplomas of higher education in Ukraine”. 24-year-old Yevhenii Notevskyi became the record holder, reports the head of the record register of Ukraine, Lana Vetrova. During September 2016 – December 2022, Yevgeny graduated from five higher educational institutions. He received an education in economics, law, a master’s degree in management, a master’s degree in public administration and local self-government, and a master’s degree in food technology. Yevgeny is currently studying in the 2nd year of the Kyiv National University of Economics named after Vadym Hetman, where he is obtaining a third educational level (PhD) in the specialty “Management”. During his studies, the boy became a laureate: in 2019 – a named academic scholarship of the President of Ukraine; in the same year – the Kyiv Mayor’s Award for special achievements of youth in the development of the capital of Ukraine; in 2020 – named academic scholarship of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. Life” Lana Vetrova said that Yevgeny comes from Pervomaisk, in the Mykolaiv region. “This is the second record that we have registered with the participation of Yevgeny. On the Independence Day of Ukraine this year, the public organization he heads wove a camouflage net, which became a record for the area – it covered the entire Maidan,” Vetrova said. She added that now more and more records are being registered, related to the acquisition of education by young people. “We have a tendency among young people to obtain high-quality higher education. In particular, there is a record holder who obtained five higher educations at the same time, Evgeny graduated from the university consecutively,” says the head of the National Register of Records.
