Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Hanna Malyar reported on the successful operation. “Miracles don’t just happen – they are realized by the hands of our surgeons! The doctors immediately performed an operation. Surgeon Dmytro Beshlei and his team “stitched” the heart, stopped the bleeding, eliminated the blockage of the lungs with blood and sealed the chest cavity. Currently, the soldier’s condition is stable, he was evacuated to another clinic, where he will continue treatment on the way to recovery.
