On April 3, registration for the national multi-subject test 2023 began in Ukraine. To register for the NMT, you need to upload copies of documents in your personal account. This will be the entrant’s third step for registration using a special service, reports the Ukrainian Center for Evaluation of the Quality of Education. According to the entered registration data, the program automatically determines the list of documents to download. It is worth remembering the mandatory documents, without which it is impossible to register, emphasizes the UTSOYAO. If the entrant does not provide copies of documents or provides documents that do not meet the requirements, he will be denied registration. Photo: luckybusiness/Depositphotos ✅ When registering for NMT, you definitely need to upload scanned copies and/or photocopies of the following registration documents: passport document or other identity document, on the basis of which registration for participation in NMT is carried out; a document confirming information about education: a certificate from the place of study, which confirms that the person completes a full general secondary education in 2023 (for this year’s graduates), or a certificate of a full general secondary education (for graduates of previous years); a document confirming the entered information about the registration number of the taxpayer’s registration card (RNOCPP): taxpayer’s card or passport of a citizen of Ukraine, in which information about the RNOCPP is entered. ✅ You should also take into account the requirements for the size and appearance of uploaded documents. ✅ Each copy of the document must be uploaded as a separate file (.jpg or .png format, size no more than 1 MB). ✅ The image must be clear and full-sized (without clipping the sides of the document). The text on the image should be legible and easy to read. ✅ The Assessment Center emphasizes that each document must be saved and uploaded to the registration form separately. Importantly! It is NOT possible to upload a screenshot of an electronic copy of a document in the Diya mobile application instead of a scanned copy or a photocopy of an identity document. “If a screenshot of an electronic copy of an identity document is uploaded to the personal account of an NMT participant, it is impossible to check the authenticity of the data displayed on it, as it is quite easy to change it, even without having special skills in working with graphic editors,” the UTSOYAO explains. Also, the screenshot from the electronic copy of the identity document in “Diya” does not meet the requirements for uploading copies of documents in the personal account of the NMT participant – the uploaded document must be a scanned or photographed copy of its original. ✅ Also, a mandatory condition for using e-documents is to read the QR code generated in the “Diya” mobile application, which is valid for only 3 minutes in real time. ✅ Passport documents of Ukrainian citizens whose validity expired during the period of martial law remain valid. Therefore, you can register using the ID card you have. ✅ Potential participants who do not yet have/have not received RNOCPP should take care of obtaining it. After all, this is the first thing that will need to be noted when creating a personal account on the UTSOYAO website. ✅ Those entrants who have doubts about the availability of documents confirming the authenticity of the RNOCPP should additionally check whether they do not have a note about the RNOCPP in: the passport of a citizen of Ukraine; passports of citizens of Ukraine for travel abroad; birth certificate; or certificates on the assignment of an identification number of a natural person – a taxpayer and a taxpayer’s card. ✅ If the entrant has a certificate of complete general secondary education obtained at a foreign educational institution, or will obtain a complete general secondary education in the current year at a foreign educational institution – for registration, you need to take a certificate from the place of study (from a foreign institution) according to the sample and issue a notarized translation of this document. ✅ In case of absence for a good reason (kidnapping, loss, etc.) of a document confirming information about education, for registration at the NMT, you can use an extract from the Unified State Electronic Database on Education regarding documents about education and information about a person’s education. ✅ This statement can be created on the website of the Unified State Electronic Database on Education via the link. More details about the requirements for uploading copies of documents can be found in the section “Registration procedure at NMT”. We will remind you that earlier the UTSOYAO explained how to register for NMT-2023. Also, the UTSOYAO approved tasks from various subjects that will be on the multitest.
