The Minister of Culture of Yakutia Yuriy Kupriyanov said that he considers the film “worthy” and promised to issue an expert opinion if the Ministry of Culture of Russia needs it. But “the decision of Roskomnadzor is not discussed, it must be implemented,” said Kupriyanov.
“Aita” was released in March 2023 and collected more than 32 million rubles, becoming the highest-grossing Yakut film.
