The logo of “Podcast Therapy” was developed by Bohdan Shcherbakov, an IT citizen, so he registered a trademark with his logo. Spartak Subbota objected to this, but later deleted the TouTube channel with the developer’s logo, to which he had no rights. In an interview with “Ukrainian Pravda”, the former co-host of Subbota Yevhen Yanovych told how Spartak Subbota did not receive a patent for the logo. “I know this person (Bohdan Shcherbakov – ed.). This is the person with whom I agreed when creating the logo, discussing the idea, and he has already done it and implemented it in that form,” Yanovych says.
