A suspect in the murder of an 11-year-old girl was detained in Dnipro

A local resident who killed an 11-year-old child during a verbal conflict was detained in Dnipro.
According to the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Prosecutor’s Office, the tragedy occurred on January 29 on one of the city’s streets.
The suspect inflicted numerous stab wounds to various parts of the child’s body. The girl died from her injuries.
The suspect in the murder was detained. He was informed of the suspicion of intentional murder of a minor child (Clause 2 of Part 2 of Article 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

During the investigation, the law enforcement officers seized the instrument of the crime – a knife.

Prosecutors filed a motion with the court to choose a preventive measure for him in the form of detention without bail.
