The “artist” admits that he is most attracted to critical art and intellectual theater, but the war affected the development of his career.

“I joined the service back in 2015, as a result of general mobilization. Before that, I had already served a term in the Armed Forces. At that moment, I already had a clear feeling that I was conscripted and that everyone would go through it.” – the man shares.

In the same year, the man was trained as a combat medic in the first medical training company in Gums.

After the demobilization in 2016, it became difficult to return to civilian life, says “Artist”, because in most Ukrainian cities the war was almost not felt.

The soldier compares that time with the present feelings.

When asked why he chose tactical medicine, the “Artist” answered that he considers life to be the greatest value

“This is déjà vu. People are trying to keep their consciousness intact. We have to finally accept that this is our new reality.” – says the man.

Using the experience gained during the anti-terrorist operation, now Artist saves the lives of fellow citizens in the Bakhmut direction.

It is admitted that now the volume of work is greater than during the service until February 24, 2022.

“In addition to the usual bullet and shrapnel injuries, there were also injuries from drops from drones.

Now it is not so easy to save the boys. You can’t drive safely by car, so you sometimes have to carry the boys in your arms for kilometers. In addition, if there is one wounded person, then at least 4 fighters will follow him, and this potentially means 4 more wounded.” – says the combat medic.

According to him, combat actions affect mental health, the man seeks to remain an emotional person.

“From the very beginning, no one is completely unprepared for the volume of challenges that we face,” says the man

“I would like to cry, this should not be hidden, we are all living people, we feel everything. We are bitter when we lose a brother in arms. To whom will we pretend? To our brothers?

I swear a lot, it’s how I deal with stress.” – added the soldier.
