In Ukraine, the first license for the use of narcotics in combat conditions was issued. Now they plan to consider the issue of their use in military units.

This also applies to psychotropic substances and precursors, the website of the Ministry of Defense reported.

Representatives of the institution will join the working group that is already considering this issue. They signed a memorandum of cooperation with the State Service of Ukraine for Medicinal Products and Drug Control.

“Last week, the first license to work in combat conditions with narcotics and precursors was issued.

This license allows you to regularly obtain the necessary medicinal products for the provision of medical assistance to wounded servicemen at the pre-hospital stage.” – Deputy Minister of Defense Nataliya Kalmykova said.

According to her, this will make it possible to launch the new system more effectively and to regulate the circulation of narcotics.

It will be recalled that the president signed the law on the legalization of medical cannabis.
