Escape from shelling in Mariupol: the story of the rescue of a policeman’s dog from Donetsk region

And when I drive up, I see something burning badly, I understand that this is our house. The gate was blown off by the blast wave. And Ben got scared and ran away. Volunteers said that they found him all the way to Telmanovo,” says Oleg Neborak. The rescue of the animal was joined by international volunteers, who opened a fundraiser for the return of the dog from the occupied territory to Ukraine. The dog was taken to his owners across several borders, he traveled thousands of kilometers to be reunited with his family.
