How and when to register for NMT-2023: step-by-step instructions

Registration for the national multi-subject test will begin on April 3 and continue until May 3. It will be possible to register in the entrant’s personal online office, the Ukrainian Center for Evaluation of the Quality of Education reports. In order to create a personal account, the entrant needs to use a special service that will start working simultaneously with the start of registration. To register for participation in the NMT, a potential test participant needs to create a personal account on the website of the Ukrainian Center for Evaluation of the Quality of Education and perform the following actions: enter personal data and information regarding participation in the NMT; upload scanned copies and/or photocopies of registration documents in electronic form; confirm the desire to participate in the NMT; send the entered information and copies of documents to the regional center for processing; to form the NMT Certificate of 2023. For registration, you will need copies of the following documents: a passport or other identity document, on the basis of which registration for participation in the NMT is carried out; a document confirming information about education: a certificate from the place of study, which confirms that the person completes a full general secondary education in 2023 (for this year’s graduates), or a certificate of a full general secondary education (for graduates of previous years); a document confirming the entered information about the registration number of the taxpayer’s registration card (RNOCPP): taxpayer’s card or passport of a citizen of Ukraine, in which information about the RNOCPP is entered. You may also need copies of: name change certificates, and/or marriage certificates, and/or divorce certificates (for persons whose documents contain discrepancies in personal data); medical opinion on the creation of special (special) conditions for passing external evaluation according to the form of primary accounting documentation No. 086-3/o “Medical opinion on the creation of special (special) conditions for passing external independent evaluation”, approved by the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the Ministry of of Health Protection of Ukraine dated August 29, 2016 No. 1027/900 (for persons with special educational needs); a notarized Ukrainian translation of the documents submitted for registration (for persons submitting documents drawn up in a foreign language); a document confirming the reason for not entering information about the RNOCPP; a document confirming the reason that makes it impossible to participate in the main sessions of the NMT. Each copy of the document, which a potential NMT participant will upload in the personal account, must be a scanned or photographed copy of its original in the form of a separate file in .png or .jpg format with a size of no more than 1 MB; the image must be clear and full-sized (without clipping the sides of the document); the text on the image should be legible and easy to read. (this is on a gray background) During registration, the entrant will be able to choose the subject of the additional block. Study subjects included in the main block of the NMT – Ukrainian language and mathematics – will be automatically indicated in the registration service, so the entrant will need to choose only one of the subjects of the second block of the NMT from the proposed list. Also, in your personal account, you will be able to choose a settlement in Ukraine or abroad, where the student will be on the days of the NMT. After sending the information for processing, in case of an error, it will be possible to make changes in the personal account until May 7 regarding: the name of the educational subject of the additional block from which the entrant wishes to take the test; the settlement in Ukraine or abroad, where he will be on the days of the NMT; the need for NMT during additional sessions. The Certificate is a confirmation of the fact of registration for participation in the NMT. The entrant will be able to create this document in his personal account when the regional center confirms the entrant’s registration to participate in the NMT. This function will be available no later than seven calendar days from the date of sending the information for processing. As a reminder, demo versions of the English language, physics, Ukrainian language, mathematics and history of Ukraine are already available for entrants.
