How to switch to Ukrainian in 28 days: starting a free online language course

[ad_1]

A free online course on learning the Ukrainian language will be launched in Ukraine. The initiative will start on August 7 as part of the all-Ukrainian project “Unite”, reports the Kyiv City Council. The project provides for 28 days of support for the transition to the Ukrainian language. According to the organizers of the initiative, the ambassador of the August course was Olympic champion, world champion in gymnastics, six-time European champion in gymnastics Oleg Vernyaev. I started using Ukrainian on social networks, introduced hours of communication with friends, consumed exclusively Ukrainian content,” Oleg Vernyaev said. He says that he can make mistakes in everyday communication. And this, in his opinion, is normal. The initiative includes: a grammar course of the Ukrainian language; special recommendations from the course ambassador. The registration form is on the project website. The project has been active for 15 months. According to the results of his activity, 98 thousand participants spoke Ukrainian. Conversation clubs of the initiative work in 25 cities of Ukraine and abroad: in Lublin, Warsaw, Rotterdam, Vilnius, Helsinki, Prague and Cyprus. They were joined by 35 team members, 335 teachers, and 500 volunteers. It will be recalled that 57% of Ukrainians began to speak more or completely switched to the Ukrainian language since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation.
